One of the first food trucks Food Truck Company ever built was this Coffee Truck for Douwe Egberts, in cooperation with Wink.
The biggest challenge was to create an iconic design food truck that could be driven with a general Dutch driving licence. Therefore the truck needed to have a weight limit of 3500 kilograms – despite the required heavy La Marzocco coffee machine on board – as well as a large supply of drinking water and self supporting supply of electricity.
The result is a Cafe-on-wheels truck with a roof construction that was never built before.
