Rombouts

To celebrate its 125th anniversary, Rombouts wanted to create a promotional truck to let people experience its full range of coffee, coffee accessories, and equipment at (sports) events, B2B events, festivals, etc.

The Citroën HY was Rombouts’ first transport vehicle. It takes guests back to the brand’s origins. We completely overhauled the vintage van’s engine and mechanical systems and transformed it into a modern, premium coffee truck that operates fully autonomously or ‘unplugged’.
