For Flippin’ Burgers, a hamburger concept from Stockholm, we rebuilt a former army ambulance into an iconic food truck. We lifted the roof and placed distribution windows.
We installed a prestigious Clay Oven Robata Flame Grill to achieve high volumes and an adequate process. Thanks to the smart and efficient construction, the truck weighs less than 3500 kg so it can be driven with a general Dutch driving licence.
The food truck is an extension of the successful burger restaurant that has had waiting lines at the entrance since their opening. With the food truck Flippin’ Burgers attends festivals and events and they prepare lunches in business districts.
With the self-developed pump system for drinks and beer on the outside of the truck, customers can tap their own drinks.
