Restaurant Blauw wanted a food truck in which they can cook the street food version of their signature dishes. You can see the chefs at work in the truck. Behind the lava stone grill they grill the perfect sate kambing and in the steamer they prepare tender fish. Just like in the restaurants, an ultimate gastronomic experience is the focus. In the area of capacity, preparation equipment, routing and quality therefore nothing is left to chance.
The bright red food truck tours along various gastronomic festivals and events and is for rent for business events.
